Tennial Personnel are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join a well-established company based in Ipswich. This temporary-to-permanent role runs Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (37 hours per week).
You will support day-to-day operations, handle customer enquiries and perform a range of administrative duties. The successful candidate will be customer-focused, well-organised and reliable, with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.
