Role Overview: Tennial Personnel are seeking two experienced and motivated Night Shift Hygiene Operative Team Leaders to join our clients team. You will be responsible for leading a small team of hygiene operatives to ensure all cleaning activities are completed to the highest standards, supporting food safety, and maintaining compliance with company and customer requirements. Shift pattern includes 6.00pm to 3.00am working Four shifts on then four shifts off.. 4 on 4 off shift including weekends this is a temporary to permanent position after qualifying period – 8 weeks working due to our clients location own transport is required. Key Responsibilities: • Carry out cleaning tasks as outlined in Cleaning Instruction Cards and work schedules. • Lead and support a team of hygiene operatives. • Adhere to all Health & Safety and Food Safety procedures. • Perform daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning of machinery and production areas. • Dismantle equipment for thorough deep cleaning. • Safely handle and work with cleaning chemicals. • Complete and maintain all required documentation and sign-offs. • Provide cover for holidays and absences. • Work closely with the Hygiene Manager and Hygiene Supervisor to drive continuous improvement and maintain high factory standards. Requirements: • Self-motivated and reliable. • Strong team player with a proactive attitude. • Excellent attention to detail and a conscientious approach. • Proven track record of reliability and responsibility. • Previous experience leading a small team is preferred, though transferable leadership skills will be considered.
