Embroidery Operative in Woodbridge, Suffolk

Tennial Personnel are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Embroidery Operative to join our clients expanding team in Earl Soham. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, with a successful 12-week probation period leading to a permanent position (and increased salary to £13.25 per hour). You will be working Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
This role involves setting up and operating a variety of embroidery machines, including Tajima, ZSK, SWF, and Barudan, to produce high-quality embroidered designs on garments. Key responsibilities include accurately configuring machines, monitoring production to maintain quality standards, and optimising machine uptime to support efficient workflow.
As the company continues to expand, maintaining precision and attention to detail is essential in this fast-paced production environment.
