Tennial Personnel are seeking skilled and dependable Warehouse Operatives to join our client’s team in Ipswich, with a planned relocation to a brand-new facility in Stowmarket. This is a full-time temporary position lasting approximately 3 to 4 months, with an attractive completion bonus for those who fulfil the full contract.
Start Date: Immediate
Shifts Available (Monday to Friday):
- 6:00am – 3:30pm
- 7:30am – 5:00pm
(Includes a 1-hour unpaid lunch and two paid 15-minute breaks)
This role involves operating both Reach and Counterbalance forklifts, alongside a variety of warehouse duties including loading, unloading, picking, packing, and general warehouse support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, palletise, and dispatch goods
- Carry out daily forklift checks and uphold health and safety standards
- Open and secure the warehouse, including alarm setting and access control
- Provide cross-functional support and cover for the Warehouse Supervisor when required
- Maintain cleanliness and assist with general warehouse upkeep
