Tennial Personnel are currently recruiting for a Bulk Production Operative to join our client s manufacturing team based in Halesworth, Suffolk, on a temporary-to-permanent basis, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful probation period.
The role is working 41.25 hours per week on a Monday to Friday weekly rotating shift pattern: Training shifts: 6:00am 2:00pm 2:00pm 10:00pm Ongoing shift pattern: 6:00am 3:00pm 1:00pm 10:00pm Working within the Bulk Production department, you will be responsible for accurately preparing and producing products to set methods and quality standards.
The role will also involve picking raw materials within a warehouse environment, supporting stock control, operating equipment, and ensuring production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.
