**Job Summary:**
The Floating Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple Tenneybrook convenience store locations. They will provide leadership, support, and guidance to the on-site managers to ensure consistency in operations and customer service across all sites, and provide back up support to individual stores as needed.

**Salary Range**: $23 to $25 per hour

**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a multi-site setting.
– Strong leadership and communication skills.
– Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
– Excellent problem-solving abilities.

**Responsibilities:**
– Supervise on-site at various locations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
– Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, provide guidance, and address any issues.
– Collaborate with the management to implement strategies for improving overall performance.
– Monitor financial performance at each location and make recommendations for improvement.
– Coordinate training programs for on-site staff members.
– Serve as the main point of contact for escalated customer inquiries or concerns.
– Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction across all locations.
– Stay informed about industry trends and best practices for multi-site management.
