I'm recruiting a Junior Implementation Consultant for a growing technology consultancy that's looking for someone bright, analytical and genuinely interested in understanding how businesses operate and how technology can improve the way they work.
Predominantly remote (UK). Travel: Occasional London travel. Level: Graduate / Junior.
You'll receive training and mentoring while gaining hands-on experience delivering technology implementations for real clients.
- Supporting discovery and requirements-gathering sessions
- Helping design and configure client solutions
- Building workflows, automations, dashboards and reports
- Supporting testing, UAT and go-live
- Delivering customer onboarding and system training
- Learning how to manage technology implementations from start to finish
You could be a recent graduate or someone with your first 6–18 months of commercial experience.
Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Smartsheet, ServiceNow or other SaaS/CRM/workflow tools would also be a bonus. Full platform and implementation training will be provided.
