IT Support / Multiple positions. 1st line Support £23-£26k 2nd line Support £26k-£30k Some flexibility for superstars! I am currently working with an industry leading, fast-growing technology company that have offices dotted around the UK, with this position being based around the Consett area. They serve over 9,000 customers and aim to maximise operational effectiveness and are very keen on using cutting-edge workplace technologies. This is a company who have a vibrant company culture and are dedicated on personal and career development. Overall, they are an award-winning company who have such a strong financial backing that they are now acquiring other software companies due to their rapid growth. Due to this, it is a very exciting time to join this company. The IT Support Specialist position also offers a flexible hybrid working model where you are required to go into the office once a week. The ideal IT Support Specialist should have (brownie points for all!): Experience in providing 1st line: Active Directory, O365, Windows &/or Apple, ITIL Framwork, VOIP.
