About the Role

  • Internal Job Title: Project Governance Coordinator
  • 11 month Fixed Term Contract
  • Hybrid role, on-site Tuesday and Thursday each week, plus flexibility for additional days where required

You will be responsible for keeping all projects within operations on track, which requires a lot of focus and energy. This role ensures that project tasks are completed by the various task owners on time and that the projects are monitored and progressed through from concept to feasibility into development and finally onto implementation. Communication is key to this role with project progress and risks requiring to be flagged in a timely manner to the Project Governance Manager and other key stakeholders. As a member of the Technical & Innovation Team, there will also be supporting tasks on various specific projects.

Key Accountabilities

  • Tracking and control of total C&C project portfolio.
  • Hosting weekly meetings with various stakeholders, including senior business members.
  • Q-Pulse subject matter expert.
  • Hands-on management of projects as and when required.
  • Technical & Innovation Team support on specific projects.

About you

  • Degree level qualification or equivalent experience desirable.
  • FMCG experience ideally.
  • Experience gained within a Manufacturing environment is preferable.
  • Experience with Q-Pulse is desirable.
  • Organisational skills essential.
  • IT skills essential.
  • Project Management/Involvement.
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills essential.
