Scope of Responsibilities:
- Responsible for setting up and operating all machinery in the High Volume department.
- Perform maintenance and repairs in the department (mechanical experience needed).
- Read and interpret blueprints and other plans to manufacture finished parts.
- Critically solve problems on the fly with minimal supervision.
- Operate daily activities independently with little supervision.
- Understand plant manufacturing processes.
- Implement and maintain quality inspections to ensure parts meet company standards.
- Communicate production issues effectively with supervisors and team members.
