We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker and Packer, they will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction in the order fulfilment process.

Key & Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from shelves or storage locations based on order lists.
- Pack products securely, ensuring items are protected during transit
- Label and prepare packages for dispatch according to company and carrier requirements.
- Verify order accuracy by checking item numbers, quantities, and quality before packing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse and packing areas.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Follow health, safety, and quality standards at all times.
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks as required.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, FLT licence is an advantage but training can be given)
