Core Roles & Responsibilities:
We are looking for a proactive and organised Junior Assistant to provide direct support to our consultancy. This is a varied role combining administrative support, research assistance, marketing efforts and client communication and relationships, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of tasks and wants hands-on experience working closely with an investigative consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support, including diary management, scheduling meetings, and organising documents and files.
- Assisting with research tasks to support client projects, including gathering and summarising information from credible sources.
- Helping to draft, proofread, and format documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Supporting client communications, including responding to routine enquiries and helping coordinate follow-ups.
- Maintaining accurate records and trackers (e.g. client correspondence, task lists, deadlines).
- Assisting with the preparation of materials for client meetings and presentations.
- Carrying out other ad hoc administrative or research tasks as required.
- Conducting targeted company and stakeholder research to support ABM campaigns.
- Identifying and researching high-value collaboration opportunities for guest posts, co-hosted webinars, events and podcast partnerships.
- Tracking emerging industry trends to contribute new ideas for social media campaigns.
- Assisting with content scheduling on social media platforms as needed.
- Keeping up with case updates and liaising with the Team.
- Onboarding new Clients – Internal due diligence.
- Day to Day admin tasks - proposals, engagements, internal docs.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or equivalent
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine willingness to learn
- A relevant degree (e.g. business, research, or a related field) is desirable; postgraduate study is a plus but not essential
- Some prior experience in an administrative, research, or client-facing role is desirable but not essential
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential or sensitive information
