We are seeking an experienced MOT Tester/Mechanic to join our team based in Woodford. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive MOT tests on vehicles in accordance with DVSA regulations, diagnosing mechanical faults, and performing repairs to ensure vehicles meet safety and emissions standards. You will work with a variety of vehicle types, manage test schedules efficiently, and maintain detailed records of all inspections and repairs. Your expertise will be essential in delivering reliable, professional service to our customers while upholding the highest standards of vehicle safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct full MOT tests on cars and vans, following all DVSA guidelines and regulations.
  • Perform diagnostic checks to identify mechanical, electrical, and safety defects.
  • Carry out repairs and maintenance work including engine diagnostics, brake systems, suspension, exhaust systems, and electrical components.
  • Complete MOT test documentation accurately and ensure all records are properly filed and maintained.
