Job Title: Incentive Networks Agent – Spanish/English speaking\\n\\nLocation: Remote, UK. \\n\\nSalary: Competitive\\n\\nJob Type: Full Time, Permanent\\n\\nRole Overview:\\n\\nThis role interfaces with our high-profile clients, leadership teams and other internal stakeholders such as product and marketing. Agents will provide business to business level 2 support – supporting our clients with engagement and managing their customer expectations, with all interactions with their brand programmes, you will provide expertise in brand loyalty and handle queries on behalf of the client with feedback in a timely manner adhering to all quality controls and service levels.
Problem solving skills, highly skilled in written communication essential.\\n\\nPlease note that this is a UK-based remote position requiring fluency in both Spanish and English.\\n\\nResponsibilities:\\n\\nExceptional attention to detail\\nExcellent communication skills\\nAdvanced writing skills\\nAble to work independently\\nStrong IT skills\\nAble to work well under pressureKey Accountabilities:\\n\\nProvide exceptional customer service through multi-channel platforms\\nRespond timely and professionally to all communications\\nHandle 100% of members escalations within the agreed SLA\\nEnsure all complaints are logged\\nProduce and maintain matrix dashboards\\nNegotiate, investigate and resolve issues while proactively seeking solutions\\nEnsure all knowledge of products, services and procedures is comprehensive\\nAchieve and maintain individual performance standards to meet objectivesQualifications required:\\n\\nEducated to GCSE standard or above\\nExperience of working within a contact centre environment\\nProven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships\\nKnowledge of multi-channel communication platforms\\nAbility to tailor communication\\nAdministration experienceCandidates with the relevant experience or job titles of: Communications Coordinator, Customer Experience Manager, Customer Success Manager, Client Relations, may also be considered for this role
