The Team

Our Change, Culture and Engagement (CCE) consultants help companies to do things they haven’t done before. We support businesses with people‑centred change, such as aligning teams during mergers, operationalising new strategies, creating a culture that sustains competitive advantage, supporting new leadership, and more. Our approach is people‑focused and research‑based, staying apprised of the latest thinking in industrial sociology, organisational design, engagement, organisational psychology and corporate culture.
