As a Senior Consultant (SC) you will support the growth of the UK business as part of a global people‑advisory organization. Your responsibilities will include exceptional execution, business development support and mentoring junior team members, while leveraging collaboration with colleagues.
Search Responsibilities- Co‑lead the execution of individual assignments throughout the full search process, supporting both candidate and client experience.
- Demonstrate expertise in the research process to deliver a well‑curated shortlist of candidates for each assignment.
- Participate in the pitch process and contribute to business development efforts.
- Discover innovative methods to identify high‑potential talent within a given market.
- Support new business development and client relationship management to achieve strategic goals and financial plans.
