We have an excellent opportunity to join our friendly Public Realm team based at Northbourne Depot, Clacton on Sea. You will deal positively with customer enquiries, ensuring excellent customer service skills and support the team.

Course Information

  • Course: Customer service practitioner (level 2)
  • Level: 2
  • Route: Sales, marketing and procurement
  • Apprenticeship Level: Intermediate

Working Arrangements

  • Working Week: The post holder will be required to work office hours, Monday to Thursday, 8.45am - 5.15pm and Friday, 8.45am - 4.45pm
  • Expected Duration: 15 Months
