Sales Executive (Hybrid), Salary: £26-28k + uncapped commission. 33 days holiday including bank holidays, life insurance, lots of other benefits and career opportunities. Location: Hybrid remote with a requirement to be in the Wigan office 2 days per week.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a driven new business Sales Executive to work for a dynamic market leader in portable accommodation, modular construction and storage solutions. The role can offer excellent career progression opportunities for the right candidate. Applicants will need to have telephone-based sales experience (inbound and outbound) and be motivated to achieve sales success. A full induction and training programme will be provided.
Sales Executive – The role
- You will drive sales by promoting a range of products and services, building relationships with new customers, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- You will play a vital role in converting leads into profitable orders, contributing to the growth and success of the business.
- Effectively manage marketing-led calls and data, generating qualified sales opportunities.
- Proactively engage with potential customers via telephone, email, and online platforms to generate leads and sales.
- Convert opportunities into closed deals, consistently providing accurate pricing.
- Prioritise and manage a customer pipeline to ensure targets are consistently met.
- Follow up on campaigns and proactively seek new business opportunities.
- Close lost enquiries efficiently, ensuring clear and concise customer notes are maintained.
- Address customer queries and resolve potential issues quickly to safeguard future sales.
- Attend training and development sessions to refine your knowledge, sales techniques, and skills.
- Regularly meet or exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Candidate requirements:
- Experience in a customer-focused Sales Executive or similar role with experience of inbound and outbound new business sales.
- Motivated to seek out and convert sales opportunities and increase revenue.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients.
