- Coordinate warehouse operations to ensure safe and efficient movement of goods, including loading/unloading vehicles, palletizing materials, and maintaining clear aisles.
- Prepare finished goods for transport to 3PL storage facilities and ensure timely delivery of materials to GMP areas.
- Operate forklifts and perform inventory tasks, including counting, inspecting, booking goods into systems, and processing stock movements (e.g., put-aways, returns, and picking for production).
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, investigate stock discrepancies, and communicate errors or stock level concerns to relevant parties.
- Support warehouse logistics, including maintaining trackers, supervising basic operations, and deputizing for the Inventory Controller when required.
- Collaborate with teams (e.g., Manufacturing) and perform additional tasks as directed by the Warehouse Manager or Inventory Controller.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years experienc as a Warehouse Operative
- Have a valid forklift truck license and experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.
- Bring a solid foundation in Level 2 Maths and English, enabling you to handle inventory and documentation with accuracy.
- Previous experience working in a GDP-legislated warehouse, giving you a strong understanding of compliance and quality standards.
