This role supports Cencora's wholesale distribution services in Europe through our Alliance Healthcare business. Join our Branded Medical Supply Chain team as a Planner. You will support replenishment duties for various manufacturers, manage customer ordering processes, facilitate product transfers, and handle daily tasks aligned with business needs. Building strong relationships with stakeholders is essential to provide excellent service and meet KPIs.
Location: Hybrid (Chessington, Surrey)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform replenishment tasks to ensure stock availability.
- Maintain a service level of 99% or higher.
- Follow up on late deliveries and stock shortages.
- Obtain weekly stock information from manufacturers.
- Maintain customer messaging and lean inventory levels.
- Conduct reporting and performance analyses.
- Identify efficiencies within your managed range, including product setup and discontinuations.
- Manage product data and lifecycle.
- Oversee bespoke customer order processes.
- Support team activities and establish professional relationships with stakeholders.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Strong communication and professional telephone manner.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Excellent time management and prioritization.
- Supply chain, FMCG, or pharmaceutical background advantageous.
- Numerical data analysis skills a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs) and Outlook.
