The firm has a collaborative culture, high technical standards, and a people-first approach, and is seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Compliance Senior Manager to join as Head of Corporate Tax Compliance.
The Opportunity
In this management role, you will take responsibility for overseeing corporate tax compliance for a diverse range of clients. Working closely with Partners, you will play a key role in client service delivery and operational management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own portfolio of corporate tax compliance clients
- Review and oversee work produced by the team, ensuring technical accuracy and client satisfaction
- Liaise with senior management from other service lines including Business Advisory (Accounts) and Audit
- Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and hands-on support
- Contribute to business development activities, identifying and winning new client opportunities
- Support operational management, including billing and workflow processes
- Assist with advisory projects as and when required
About You
- CA/ACCA or ATT/CTA qualified (or equivalent experience) with strong technical and review skills
- Significant experience in corporate tax compliance
- Skilled in leading and oversight
- Commercially minded with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, adaptable, and proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities
