Location: Edinburgh Fountain FWC

Employment: Permanent, Full time

Salary: Up to £31,000 depending on experience

Hours: 40 hours per week

We are the UK’s largest Healthcare Charity and we need a strong team leader to help our colleagues look after the nation’s wellbeing. Bring your flair for managing performance, improving potential and training others to succeed. You will play a key role in supporting our gym team to deliver exceptional fitness and wellbeing services to our members.

Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a personal or fitness trainer, with a track record of managing a small or large team.
  • Qualified to REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner level; studio experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive PT revenue and design effective fitness programmes for groups and individuals.
Responsibilities
  • Take on a commercial role that spans management, governance and sales of major services.
  • Report to the Programme Director and line‑manage the fitness team.
  • Be responsible for organising and implementing class timetables.
  • Oversee fitness programming from studio classes to personal training.
  • Continually improve site standards and develop ways to drive team performance.
  • Drive, develop and support your team to achieve ambitious sales and KPI goals.
