Our software optimizes energy usage by controlling vehicle charging, heating systems, and home batteries, managing hundreds of thousands of energy assets. About the Energy Analyst role

As Axle leads in operational markets, we are focusing on market analysis to maximize future revenue through modelling the value of flexibility in power markets worldwide. We seek an analytical expert who can collaborate across teams, analyze data, become a market specialist, and find innovative solutions.

What you will be doing

  • Building models of wholesale and ancillary power markets in various countries to forecast revenue
  • Developing strategies for battery cycling and load-shifting in different regions
  • Understanding trading, compensation, penalties, and cash flow in power markets
  • Engaging with global grid operators to validate hypotheses and interpret data
