We are seeking a full-time Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Tenderlinks Elstead. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to children, designing and leading age-appropriate activities, and maintaining a safe and stimulating environment. A significant part of this role is building positive relationships with children and their families while collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional childcare services. Nursery Practitioner - Responsibilities: * Provide attentive care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. * Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities to foster learning and development. * Create a clean, safe, and stimulating environment in compliance with health and safety regulations. * Monitor children's development and communicate their progress with parents or guardians. * Follow all safeguarding and first-aid procedures to ensure child safety. * Maintain accurate records of children's daily activities and report any concerns to the nursery manager. Nursery Practitioner - Qualifications and Skills: * Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent. * Previous experience in childcare or working with young children. * A solid understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities. * Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to a nursery setting. * First Aid DBS Checks would be preferential however we can cover the cost of these if not.
