A Day in the Life of a Home Care Worker

• Morning: Help someone start their day with a smile by supporting with washing, dressing and breakfast.
• Midday: Provide companionship, medication support, or prepare a home-cooked meal.
• Afternoon: Pop in to check on a client, have a friendly chat, and make a cup of tea.
• Evening: Help someone settle down for the night, ensuring they feel safe and comfortable.

Every visit is different – and every visit makes a difference.

What We\’re Looking For

• Kind, compassionate and reliable people who enjoy helping others
• Good communication skills and a professional, caring approach
• Previous care experience is welcome but not essential – full training provided
• Willingness to travel around Nottingham (NG4 and nearby areas)
• A driver with access to a car is desirable, but we also welcome walkers

Role Details

• Location: Nottingham, NG4 & surrounding areas
• Pay: Competitive hourly rates + enhancements
• Hours: Flexible shifts between the hours of 6am & 10pm
