We’re seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. You might be exactly who we\’re looking for if you\’re driven by data, rooted in compassion, and energized by mentoring others in ABA best practices.
The Role
As a BCBA, you’ll take the lead on a caseload of students ages 3 to 22. You\’ll design and implement meaningful behavior intervention plans, supervise and coach team members, and bring cutting-edge ABA strategies to life across classroom and community settings. You’ll also mentor future BCBA/BCaBAs, shaping the next generation of behavior analysts.
What You’ll Do
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized behavior support plans
• Collaborate with teachers, related service staff, and RBTs to implement ABA strategies in real-world settings
• Provide clinical supervision and support for those pursuing BCBA/BCaBA certification
• Guide staff in data collection, analysis, and adjusting strategies based on measurable progress
• Train and coach team members in trauma-informed, person-centered ABA practices
• Participate in staff evaluations, program development, and research initiatives
• Advocate for the dignity, safety, and rights of every student and family you serve
What You Bring
• Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) + Rhode Island Behavior Analyst License
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in ABA programs for individuals with autism
• Proven experience mentoring, coaching, and leading interdisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of current research and best practices in ABA, including ethical and culturally competent care
• Experience with curriculum development and data-driven decision making
• Strong communication skills—with students, families, and partners
