We’re Ten Dental + Facial, a friendly, modern dental and facial aesthetics group in South West London, and we’re looking for a Saturday Receptionist to join our team.
You don’t need any dental experience. Honestly! We’ll give you all the training you need. What matters more to us is that you’re a natural with people, you use your initiative, and you’ve got loads of common sense. If you can stay calm when the phone’s ringing, someone’s at the desk and a patient needs a hand, you’ll fit right in.
What you’ll be doing
- Being the warm, smiling first face our patients see on a Saturday.
- Answering calls, messages and enquiries, and booking appointments.
- Checking patients in and out and taking payments.
- Helping keep the day running smoothly for our dentists and the rest of the team.
What we’re looking for
- A friendly, positive person who genuinely enjoys helping people.
- A self-starter who spots what needs doing and gets on with it.
- Someone reliable, organised and good at juggling a few things at once.
- Confident on the phone and comfortable using a computer.
What you’ll get
- Full training from day one, so no experience needed.
