Ten Dental is a modern, patient-focused private dental group looking for an exceptional Dental Receptionist to join our friendly team. We're not necessarily looking for someone with years of dental experience. We're looking for someone who is bright, friendly, well-presented, full of common sense, organised, and eager to learn. If you're the type of person who naturally takes ownership, enjoys helping people, and can keep calm when things get busy, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients and making them feel welcome
- Managing appointment bookings and diaries
- Answering phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries
- Processing payments and handling financial transactions
- Supporting clinicians and the wider practice team
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of both practices
