Ten Dental is looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator to work alongside Martin Wanendeya and our clinical team, splitting time between our Clapham Common (Tues/Weds) and Balham (Thurs) clinics. This role suits someone returning to work after a career break or an experienced dental professional looking for a supportive, well-run practice to call home. You'll be the friendly, organised link between patients and clinicians, guiding people through treatment plans, answering questions, managing follow-ups, and making sure every patient feels confident and cared for.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Meeting with patients post-consultation to explain treatment plans and costs clearly
  • Coordinating appointment scheduling across multiple clinicians and both sites
  • Following up with patients to support treatment uptake
  • Liaising closely with Martin and the wider clinical team
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and treatment documentation
  • Being a warm, reassuring presence for patients who may be nervous or uncertain

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a dental or healthcare coordination role (essential)
  • Excellent communication skills, confident explaining costs and plans without being salesy
  • Highly organised, comfortable juggling diaries across two sites
  • Warm, approachable manner: our patients notice and value this
  • Returners to work very welcome: fixed 3-day week with one long day on a Thursday 8.30 to 7.30pm
