To support the safe, reliable and commercially successful delivery of PulseEight technologies, with particular responsibility for equipment selection, qualification, operational readiness and field implementation. Working under the direction of the PulseEight Product Line Champion, the role will coordinate technical work packages, support customers and regional teams, and contribute to the continued development and commercialisation of the product portfolio.
Reporting Relationships: Directly reports to: PulseEight & Well Monitoring Product Line Champion
Financial Responsibilities: Individual project budgets to be managed in accordance with TAQA Well Completions procedures and appropriate approvals as per company’s Manual of Authority.
Key Activities:
- Technical delivery lead for assigned PulseEight projects.
- Prepare and maintain procedures, reports, qualification records, certification documents and other required technical documentation.
- Develop and execute approved qualification plans and operational-readiness reviews.
- Support the build, maintenance, testing and fault-finding of development and product line equipment.
- Support failure investigations, root-cause analysis and corrective actions, ensuring lessons learned are incorporated into product improvements.
- Identify potential applications and commercial opportunities and communicate them to the Product Line Champion and relevant commercial teams.
- Contribute to the development of new concepts, applications, operational systems and processes.
- Develop effective technical relationships with customers, suppliers and technology partners.
- Provide technical input to marketing materials, case studies, technical papers, commercial proposals and pricing activities.
- Deliver product training and technical support to regional teams.
- Monitor and escalate technical, operational, schedule, cost and customer risks associated with assigned projects.
- Undertake other appropriate activities supporting the development and commercialisation of PulseEight and other assigned Advanced Completions technologies.
- Demonstrate QHSE leadership and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

- To demonstrate commitment to the quality of service, including quality of records produced, aiming at meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

- To communicate and report on any perceived non-conformances or faults in the service provided or in the company’s Quality or HSE Management Systems.
Qualifications:
- Essential: Engineering degree or similar.
Experience/Skills/Knowledge:
- Essential:
- Min 7-10 years industry experience.
- Operational experience in North Sea or similar high tier offshore environment.
- Strong technical background.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment is essential.
- A good understanding of Completions & Well Interventions.
- Good problem-solving abilities displaying a logical & proactive response.
- Show a good understanding of customers’ operations and quality requirements.
- Willing to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
- Must demonstrate the ability to effectively utilize dedicated resources, and the ability to plan, control and take responsibility for own work.
- Presentation and report writing skills.
- Demonstrate a strong ability under pressure to meet client delivery expectations.

- Electronic downhole tool experience.
- Intervention and operational rig up planning.
