Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for full-cycle recruitment process, providing outstanding partnership to internal stakeholders and best match the needs of Tencent and the talent in the market.
- Custodian of candidate experience as first point of contact for talents externally and to provide a seamless process for internal stakeholders at the same time.
- Building strong networks, market understanding and identifying talent pools for the various positions under your care.
- You will also formulate recruitment strategies to ensure a healthy pipeline of candidates and look into providing market insights through the use of data.
- Build talent insight and/or market intelligence decks to educate business leaders on market practices, competitor movements and provide advisory for expansion.
- Partner with multiple hiring managers and other resources to identify, engage, evaluate, and recruit talents.
- Candidates will be expected to quickly take on responsibility with a direct work focus on international expansion and new market hiring initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Approximately 3-6 years of experience in recruiting focusing on high tech, gaming and related industries, experience dealing with multiple stakeholders across various business groups will be ideal.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative, fast-learning, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Highly self-motivated, resilient under pressure, and maintains a positive, can-do attitude in dynamic hiring environments.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in gathering and analysing information, and ability to identify problems through the information.
- Ability to adapt to cross-regional and cross-cultural work patterns. Great teamwork spirit, strong communication skills, and fast-learning ability.
- Ability to communicate bilingually (English / Mandarin) to work with both international stakeholders and China HQ based teammates.
