Sr. IT Solution Analyst - Workday Finance System

Our IT Enterprise Applications is currently seeking a passionate Sr. IT Solution Analyst, which is a full-time position in Amsterdam or UK office to help implement the Workday Finance system for Tencent Investment Studios and enhance employee experience.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance Stakeholders to gather, document and validate business requirements for AP, FA, and GL processes.
• Lead fit-gap analysis and work with technical teams to configure solutions in Workday Finance.
• Support end to end implementation lifecycle including design, testing (Unit testing and UAT), Training, and post-go live support.
• Act as a domain expert in Workday Financial system, supporting the implementation of Financial Management, Procurement, Banking & Settlement, or Expense Management functional areas.
• Comprehend data integrations from point-to-point systems as well as holistic interchange services rendering effective data quality and dependable exchanges of digital information.
• Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for integrating the Workday cloud application with external applications across HR, Finance, and other areas where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom reports in Workday using various report types to support system integration.
• Good understanding of the Security Configuration and Business Process setup in the tenant.
• Create and maintain documentation for new and existing integrations.
• Perform full system regression testing for Workday updates to ensure security access and integrations are functioning as expected.
• Ability to understand business needs, troubleshoot issues, diagnose root cause and provide potential solutions to problems.
• Analyze, design, document, and test system configuration to existing processes and reports in the production environment.
• Work closely with business partners to understand business processes, goals, and gaps.
• Provide Solutions options for the business to consider, along with pros and cons for each option and recommendation.
• Conduct the IT unit testing, and support business users for the UAT testing, Manage the UAT life cycle by building the test cases, assisting the testing with business users, troubleshooting the issue and then fixing for re-testing.
• Participate in the change management and go live support processes.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday AP, Bank settlement, P-card, Fix Assets, and GL module.
• Strong proficiency in Workday integration tools including, Workday studio, EIB’s, Report writer (BIRT), Core Connectors and PECI integration.
• Good experience of Workday's report writing tools, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports.
• Good knowledge of Workday Security area (data security policy and business process security policy).
• Knowledge of Workday Extend Graph API.
• Experience with EDI, XML, XSLT, Web services, SOAP, REST, JSON, Javascript or other integration technologies.
• Good understanding of agile methodologies, process and change management tools and techniques.
• Ability to be effectively and actively engaged on multiple, parallel projects of all sizes in both leading and supporting roles.
• Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills required to interact with colleagues and internal customers.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams who are in global locations and varying time zones.
• Experience with Workday HCM, or Payroll is a plus.
