Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sr. Backend Engineer to join our Security Team. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining and improving our security infrastructure, protecting our organization from cyber threats, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Collaborate on the requirements analysis, design, and development of IAM/PAM systems.
• Maintain related systems to ensure high availability and stability.
• Focus on enhancing the performance of backend systems, while coordinating and improving the team’s development efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, with at least 3 years of software development experience.
• Strong programming foundation, familiarity with common algorithms, data structures, and design patterns; proficiency in at least one programming language, with Python and C/C++ preferred.
• Experience in developing IAM systems, permission models (RBAC/ABAC), or access approval workflows is a plus.
• Familiarity with databases like MariaDB or MySQL, with strong SQL skills and experience in performance optimization preferred.
• Knowledge of Django REST, Redis, Kafka, and commonly used frameworks; understanding of cloud and container technologies is a plus.
• Demonstrated good coding practices, clear business understanding, rigorous coding style, and a solid grasp of software engineering principles.
• Excellent communication skills, a proactive work attitude, and a strong sense of teamwork.
• Basic proficiency in English for communication, with the ability to write technical documents and participate in discussions fluently preferred.
