Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide coordination support throughout the hiring cycle including but not limited to JD review, interview arrangement, compliance checks execution etc.
- Build strong relationships with hiring teams to coordinate interviews such as scheduling phone, onsite, video interviews and reserving conference rooms.
- Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via email in a timely manner.
- Identify opportunities to improve our candidate experiences to provide a reputable high-touch candidate experience.
- Partner with the various stakeholders to maintain the process compliance.
- Deploy innovative methods and creative problem-solving to ensure an increase in efficiency and accuracy.
- Effectively communicate with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations, this may include external suppliers.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the hiring team, candidates, and recruiters to ensure accurate and timely delivery of work assigned.
- Any adhoc activities/projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above (HR or related major is highly preferred), with strong interests in a career in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Recruiting.
- Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of working experience, past recruiting coordination experiences is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail orientation and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to proactively seek improvements/solutions to boost our candidates' experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, consistently changing environment.
- Excellent skills in time management and prioritising tasks.
- Due to the contractual nature of the role, we can only process candidates who have a right to work in the UK.
