Job Responsibilities:
- Providing legal advice and support in a wide range of international employment matters including advising on employment legal and regulatory matters.
- Opportunities to branch out to cover other areas within the overseas legal center, if interested.
- Providing legal insight from an employment regulatory perspective to help the company identify and evaluate risks associated with new or complex business activities.
- Managing the company's compliance with applicable labor laws by coordinating with relevant internal departments and business units and liaising with external counsel.
Job Requirements:
- At least 7 years PQE (qualified in Netherlands, UK and/or other comparable common law jurisdiction).
- Employment legal experience in-house or in law firms.
- Prior regional experience working on related matters in the technology field will be a plus.
- Excellent problem solving, analytical and organizational skills.
- Proactive approach and able to handle matters independently.
- Sound interpersonal and communication skills, ability to collaborate within a team.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
