  • Core Objective

Drive commercialization and growth for Tencent’s overseas performance advertising business across the EMEA region.

Own both demand-side advertiser growth and supply-side publisher monetization, accelerating revenue growth, improving ecosystem efficiency, and building scalable commercialization solutions that drive long‑term business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Regional Commercialization Strategy
  • Develop and execute commercialization strategies across EMEA to unlock new growth opportunities.
  • Drive advertiser acquisition and spend growth while optimizing publisher monetization, delivering measurable improvements in revenue, platform scale, and operational efficiency.
  • Build Scalable Commercial Solutions
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to translate advertiser and publisher insights into scalable platform capabilities and operational improvements.
  • Develop industry best practices and commercialization solutions that can be replicated across markets and verticals.
  • Partner with Sales to Accelerate Growth
  • Work closely with regional Sales teams to identify high‑value opportunities, support solution design, and drive successful deal execution.
  • Improve customer acquisition, conversion efficiency, and overall business expansion across both advertisers and publishers.
  • Drive Customer Success & Business Growth
  • Own the end‑to‑end success of advertisers and publishers across EMEA.
  • Drive product adoption, campaign optimization, and monetization performance to maximize customer value, long‑term retention, and sustainable revenue growth.

Experience

  • Who We Look For
  • 5+ years of experience in performance advertising, ad tech, commercialization, client solutions, business strategy, or growth operations.
  • Hands‑on experience with advertising platforms, DSPs, SSPs, ad networks, mobile advertising, or performance marketing is highly preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem across both demand‑side advertising and supply‑side monetization.
  • Familiar with campaign optimization, ROAS/ROI measurement, inventory monetization, fill rate, e CPM, and performance‑driven advertising models.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
