Role Purpose
Adapt and execute studios' publishing strategy for the Chinese market, ensuring cultural relevance, regulatory alignment, and player resonance across platforms and communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver insights on what resonates with CN players - platforms, KOL ecosystems, pricing trends, sentiment shifts - and own a weekly CN Insight Package.
- Build and execute China GTM plans, including local events, creator collabs, and distribution partnerships.
- Localize global campaigns for tone, content, and platform alignment.
- Manage community channels and sentiment response across CN platforms.
- Gate and review content to ensure cultural fit and brand consistency.
- Monitor campaign performance and discover new growth or engagement opportunities.
Who We Look For
Must-Have Experience
- 5+ years in CN game or entertainment marketing.
- Proven record of running successful campaigns on Chinese social platforms.
- Experience operating on Heybox or other key CN distribution networks.
- Comfortable bridging local execution and HQ coordination.
- Familiarity with CN content regulations and community sentiment.
