This role serves as the PUBG Mobile WEU markets focusing on PUBG Mobile WOW (UGC Maps) mode planning, campaign execution, social & community support. The position supports WOW Mode planning and related local market projects, deeply understands mobile shooter & Gen Z users, and collaborates cross-team to drive social amplification, performance tracking, and business growth for PUBG Mobile in WEU region.
- Support the gameplay promotion planning for PUBG Mobile’s WOW module, conduct regular alignment and communication with headquarter, oversee creator partnership programs, and deliver actionable suggestions for map-mechanics planning to optimize module popularity among Western-European players.
- Assist on execution of marketing campaigns in the Western Europe market and coordinate with external vendors, including assisting in creative scripts and content production, participating in on-site execution for shootings or offline activities when required, to ensure all content aligns closely with in-game features and matches local user preferences.
- Post-campaign analysis, including execution review, highlights, performance metrics, and key learnings. Organize and manage marketing assets, data, and project documentation.
- Support procurement processes, including vendor contracting and quotation follow-ups and documentation.
