Responsibilities
- Support in organizing company culture events such as team building, culture day, all-hands meeting and to build rapport, engage and sustain good relationships with stakeholders.
- Look into employee learning & wellness programmes to help further enhance the culture and happiness for the London office.
- Play a role as the employee life-cycle champion to investigate pre-onboarding, onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
- Oversee the day-to-day HR operational duties such as P-file maintenance, HR Documentation and HR related letters.
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks working with Office manager.
- Participate in various ad-hoc HR projects from time to time.
Qualification
- Currently an undergraduate with a bachelor’s degree or above. Prior HR/Admin related work experience or internships will be a strong plus.
- Experience in designing newsletters, EDMs and content generation for employee engagement related activities.
- Proactive, energetic and vibrant personality to engage with the businesses.
- Possess strong communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and follow up on actions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Software.
