What The Role Entails:
- Participate in the core gameplay design of the project, mainly responsible for the features, gameplay, and Vehicle Handling.
- Coordinate discussions between the Chinese and overseas design teams and compile bilingual design documents.
- Focus on daily R&D communication with the UK team, following up on feature design, development process, and delivery validation.
Who We Look For:
- Passion for game development, with a certain understanding of game design and development processes.
- Strong logical thinking, skilled in summarising and able to produce highly readable documents in a structured and systematic way.
- Strong English communication skills, with a certain understanding of British culture and context, able to quickly grasp and use professional terminology.
- Strong learning ability, able to quickly acquire vehicle‑related expertise; or a certain understanding of vehicle and automotive culture is preferred.
