Responsibilities:
- Manage the relationship with existing PSP and Key Account clients and handle new initiatives and other ad-hoc support.
- Handle and solve PSP and Key Account clients’ daily enquiries.
- Drive new client acquisitions via cold calls, walk-ins, and in-person meetings; expand customer base.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, design, and logistic arrangements of various types of events.
- Prepare regular reports to keep track of business performance.
- Liaise and coordinate with other internal departments to ensure all operational flows are smooth and efficient.
- Carry out market research and customer research.
- Handle ad hoc projects and assignments.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Business development/retail industry experience, and experience in payment platform/bank industry would be an advantage.
- Understand local culture well.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, and high learning capability.
- Driven and has a sense of ownership.
