Roles & Responsibilities

Benefits-focused 70%

Focus on specific EMEA countries for the benefit designing and project implementation and administration of employee benefits programs

Work together with the team for the benefit of strategic planning and design to implementation, communication, compliance, and ongoing management

Responsible for all HRIS benefits and leave enhancement and architecture design review and improvements, including entering and updating employee information, tracking enrollment and changes, and ensuring data accuracy

Manage vendor / service relationship and service level agreements for range of HR benefits services

Review billings from providers for accuracy and submits for payment in a timely manner

Coordinate and conduct new hires onboarding process and present benefits to ensure employees gain an understanding of benefit plans and enrolment provisions, including mobility cases

Ensure benefits follow company policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements and regulations

Support global benefits and leave design and implementation initiatives

Support yearly benefits offerings review to ensure benefits remain competitive and relevant.

Support employees’ benefits and leave inquiries to ensure timely and accurate resolutions, provide guidance to ensure employees have a positive experience

Operation-focused 30%

Responsible for the local operation and documentation issues for some specific EMEA countries;

Manage and support audits and MOM surveys related to benefits programs

Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless coordination of benefits initiatives

Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute expertise to enhance overall HR strategies

Requirements:

Bachelor\’s degree or above with 5-8 years of hands-on benefits design and management experience from sizable organizations is preferred; experience in regional work will be a plus

Proficient in labour laws and benefits regulations, enjoys working with large sets of data, is meticulous and detail oriented

Strategic yet strong execution skills, self-driven, conscientious, strong adaptability and fast learner

Ability to work in a highly complex matrixed organization and in a start-up environment; Previous experience within the Tech & Startup sector will be highly sought after

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, identifying issues and providing effective solutions

Excellent communication and coordination skills, collaborating with individuals at different levels and departments and possess a track record of stakeholder management

Openness to changes, driving and leading digital transformation within the organization

Emphasis on results and customer orientation, service-mind, delivering high-quality service and support

Ability to communicate bilingually (English / Mandarin) to work with both international stakeholders and China HQ based teammates is preferred
