Main Role
Serve as a partner team member for a key portfolio studio within Tencent Games Global, to provide advice and support on issues/challenges faced, and connect wider Tencent resources to the studio
Key Responsibilities
- Drive quality collaboratively and constructively, partner with essential team members to create an organizational structure and processes that allow the team to efficiently produce high-quality work on time
- Ensure effective processes are in place for project tracking, including milestone reviews and feedback
- Understand the studio’s production needs, bridge the right resources from Tencent & other Tencent portfolios and/or affiliates
- Prepare and regularly communicate project progress to Tencent, find and push for proper mitigation to relevant risk with the studio
- Maintain close contact with the studio and deliver on-ground support on a regular basis
Main Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience as a Senior or Executive Producer in videogames industry
- Has shipped or been part of a team that shipped at least one game during the past 3 years
- Experience managing a medium-large production team or ideally development studios within one location and globally
- An understanding of a wide range of project management concepts, tools, and approaches and an ability to tailor methods to meet the requirements of the team
- Great interpersonal and communication skills, and collaborative approach
