Responsibilities:
- Work closely with 2nd party development studios and their ongoing projects.
- Review project creative and game design, provide review feedback, design suggestions, and any other support studio needs.
- If needed, be dedicated to prioritized project on a specific area, such as Combat; Gunplay; progression systems, or monetization/GaaS features.
- Investigate and provide competitor analysis and tear-down according to project needs.
- Participate in the daily develop work in studio, provide game design suggestions, and take on execution tasks if necessary.
- Travel for EU studio visit or EU studio onsite work if necessary.
Who We Look For Requirements:
- 5+ years of game development experience as a game designer.
- Experience with GaaS system design.
- Advanced or Fluent English-speaking skills.
- Solid understanding of PC or Console game development and game market.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, time management, and organization skills.
- Passion to craft meaningful, engaging interactive experiences.
- Experience with Shooter games is a good plus.
