Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Operations & Project Management Support
Assist in planning and executing marketing events, including guest registration, demo logistics, and venue coordination. Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless event execution. Support post-event follow-ups, including data collection, performance tracking, and reporting. Provide support in cross-functional marketing projects, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder alignment. Monitor project timelines and deliverables, identifying and resolving bottlenecks proactively. Conduct research and market analysis to support strategic decision-making. - Sales Operations Support
Assist in managing customer and partner engagements, including scheduling and coordination. Help streamline internal processes to improve efficiency across marketing and sales teams.
