If this sounds like you, then we'd love to hear from you today. We are seeking Care Assistants to support our clients across Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire and we can offer you the best rates of pay, regular hours and fantastic working environments.

Care experience with older persons, learning disabilities, dementia care or mild mental health are required alongside a commitment to delivering care with dignity. These roles will require you to undertake personal care duties, light household chores, support with shopping, cooking, budgeting and being an approachable companion at all times. Keeping residents active both mentally and physically is key to this role, alongside personal care.

Please don't apply if you are not prepared to undertake personal care duties (washing, bathing, assisting with toileting, dressing, etc). As a Care Assistant/Care Worker, you should also have a good level of written and spoken English to maintain accurate records and observations on care plans.

You Will:

  • Hold a valid DBS (Conducted in the last 12 months)
  • Have an NVQ2 or NVQ3 in Health & Social Care or a Care Certificate or a similar qualification
  • Be able to work shifts which include mornings, evenings, nights and weekends
  • Have a minimum of 9 months UK based Care experience
