Ten90 Recruitment is looking for an experienced Team Leader to work for our clients based in the Waltham Forest area. We are seeking candidates who can provide person-centred support to vulnerable people.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Leading and Motivating: Inspiring the team to perform at their best and foster a positive work environment.
- Setting Goals and Objectives: Clearly defining team goals and breaking them down into actionable steps.
- Delegating Tasks: Assigning responsibilities based on individual skills and strengths to optimise performance.
- Training and Development: Providing guidance and support to team members, including training and mentoring.
- Performance Management: Monitoring team performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing feedback.
- Communication: Facilitating open communication within the team and with management.
- Problem-Solving: Addressing challenges and conflicts within the team and finding effective solutions.
- Quality Control: Ensuring that work is completed to the required standards and deadlines are met.
- Compliance: Ensuring the team adheres to company policies and procedures.
To achieve this, we are looking for caring, compassionate and motivated individuals who understand how to deliver high-quality care and great customer service. Minimum of 1 year experience required, NVQ/QCF Level 3 or Higher (or equivalent) is a must and own transport.
