Are you looking for a part-time, long-term role as a SEN Lunchtime Supervisor and build your experience working with SEN/vulnerable students? If so, look no further! We are looking for a strong Lunchtime Supervisor to work in a highly reputable SEN Secondary school based in Islington on a full-time long-term basis.

Successful candidates will have:

  • Previous experience working with children (preferably vulnerable/SEN children) with mild/complex ASD, learning difficulties, SEMH, challenging/aggressive behaviour, Down syndrome, ADHD, hyper-mobility and more.
  • Confidence in monitoring lunchtime behaviour in the lunch hall during meal times.
  • Excellent challenging behaviour management skills.
  • The ability to provide social, emotional and academic support to students whilst building positive working relationships.
  • Awareness of individual needs to provide personalised support.
  • Willingness to provide personal care.
  • A valid DBS or willingness to apply for a new one.
  • Availability ASAP.
  • Consistency, reliability, and a drive to succeed!
