Due to increasing demand, we are looking for compassionate, reliable, and experienced Care Assistants to join our growing team. What You'll Be Doing Providing high-quality personal care and support to residents and service users. Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mealtimes. Supporting individuals to maintain their independence and dignity. Building positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. Following care plans and maintaining accurate records. What We're Looking For A minimum of 6 months' UK care experience in a care home, residential, nursing, or supported living setting. A caring, compassionate, and professional attitude. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred but not essential.
