The Client
Our client is a premium quality carpentry contractor based in the West-Midlands. They work on a wide range of residential and commercial projects of all sizes including Schools, Care Homes, Historic Buildings, Universities and Private Developments.
The Role
They are now looking for an experienced Surveyor to join their growing business on a part time basis to provide them with commercial support.
Key Accountabilities
- Oversee contractors and projects on site
- Scope out potential new business, assist in tender generation and submission
- Prepare costs and tenders for new job submissions
- Ensure projects progress in line with budget, site and plan requirements
- Evaluate tender documents for new projects and generate appropriate quotations and proposals in response
- Deputise for the Managing Director in his absence
